You can register for a free customer account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page. Once registered, you’ll be able to browse products, place orders, and track deliveries.

Simply browse the marketplace, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation via email after payment.

Yes! Our marketplace allows you to purchase from multiple vendors in a single order. Each vendor will fulfill their portion of the order separately.

We accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards & PayFast.

We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. If you order from multiple vendors, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy. Please check the Vendor's Return Policy on their store page or contact them directly.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

If you have a problem with your order, we recommend contacting the vendor directly through the "Contact Vendor" button on their store page. If unresolved, you can escalate the issue to our support team.
